All sales are final. We only accept returns and issue refunds if your item arrives damaged or broken. This applies to all products.

Damaged or broken items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, email farranddillon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery, or DM us on Instagram @null.designz. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund - no return required.
