All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. This applies to all products.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email farranddillon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery, or DM us on Instagram @null.designz. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund - no return required.
