Shipping

All orders ship within the same week. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon.

Processing Time

Shirts and accessories typically process in 1-3 business days. Conversion kits and ebike bundles may require additional processing time — we'll contact you with an estimated ship date.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, email us at farranddillon@gmail.com with your order number. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us immediately with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
